Capturing the spirit of the Southwestern culture
Movement and Character! Lively brushwork!!!
Tom, this is so creative! The crows, man, sky, and colors...it's just excellent!!
You rocked the lineup!!! Love it. Heck, what's left for ME to do? NUTHIN'!! lolBut thanks for the inspiration. Now I CAN'T do something boring like I was going to do, dang it!
Wow Tom...spooky! Very creative...great job!!
Nice way to handle this subject!
Love it, Tom. Glad to see some imagination and fun thrown into the mix. Great job!
This is CRAZEE GOOD! You are the Grand Wizard of color and brush strokes.
Oh Wow, Yes those aliens came to you. It's beautifully done all of it.
Im glad y'all "appreciate" my particular brand of humor :>) You may want to reconsider reinforcing this kind of behavior though! ha ha Thanks for the kind words and encouragement. -Tom
Wow, I just saw it, and it is amazing! I love the figure and the "Nevermore" floating across his corner of the painting.
I saw cute victorian house, you saw something completely different! Great job!
GREAT take on the challenge, Tom!
This is very creative. Love your brushwork!
LOL, Tom...I have to put more UFO's around the canvas...cause I love this piece. Imaginative and amusing. You seem like the kinda guy who takes his art seriously, and his fun when he can get it. Drop by my blog and have a cerveza and a chuckle...
Okay, I had to peek, finally. Must you continue to outdo us all?? (wink wink). This is just great and thanks for pushing it to the limit! While we're on the subject, here's my latest late night thought: Skip San Diego and detour to Roswell instead. Lots of aliens, UFO's and spooky stuff there! Even the International UFO Museum! No? Well, one of these trips, one of these days. In the spring think about taking the family (and some snow saucers) to White Sands and surf down the dunes. It makes a good loop with Roswell, and if you have time throw in Carlsbad Caverns. Too much fun!
This is a great painting! I absolutely meant to try my hand at this challenge but forgot all about it. I love Victorian houses and Poe looks right at home in front of this one! Your brushwork is beautiful.
Very creative and well done.
